Booking Information
 Please NOTE: Phuket Sail Tours must be booked directly through this site via email or phone or Phuket Alternative Tours. If you book through an agent or tour desk then you will be charged the 20-30% extra they charge us for commission. To avoid this, please do not ask your hotel reception or any other third party to make the booking for you.
Our Prices effective since 1 September 2011:
For the Kho Phanak Sail Caves and Hongs Tour, Explore Phang Nga Bay, and Phi Phi Island Snorkeling tour it is 3,250 baht per head for adults. Children 4 years and up to and including 12 years old are 2,000 baht. Children 3 years and under are free. This price includes transfers to the main hotel areas, all food, tea, coffee and soft drink, national park fees, snorkels, goggles and fins (Phi Phi trip) and insurance.
All our join in tours have a maximum of 10 adult passengers on the sail boats, and 20 adult passengers on the speed boats. In practice we aim for less than this.
For hotels outside of the main hotel areas of Patong, Karon, Kata there is an extra charge of 1,000 baht for return transfer to cover some of the cost of the extra taxi we must send to pick you up. This is per booking, not per person. We will reduce the price if we get more bookings from your area.
Private charter rates:
Private charter of the sail boat Sakai is available for 22,000 baht per day for up to 6 people. Each extra person is 1,500 baht up to a maximum of 10 adults.
Private charter of the sail boat Moontide is available for 25,000 baht per day for up to 8 people. Each extra person is 1,500 baht up to a maximum of 15 adults.
Private charter of the speed boat is available for 35,000 baht per day for up to 10 people. Each extra person is 1,500 baht up to a maximum of 25 adults. These prices includes transfers, all food and soft drink.
Other options, larger goups and overnight tours:
For charter of boats for large groups such as wedding parties or conventions, we are happy to provide you with a quote upon application. We can provide any kind of boat tour for up to 50, and more, people.
We can also do overnight tours by private charter. For a price on these and advice on a program for overnight cruising, please contact us and we will advise you accordingly.

1. The dates you are available.
2. The number of people going on the tour.
3. Type of tour requested: Day Tour or Private Charter.
4. The hotel where you will be staying.
We will reply shortly to confirm the date and tour requested.
NOTE: For all making bookings in the next few days, we have hired a new staff member, Joky, and are training her now on taking bookings and schedules, if you send an email, please be patient, it will get answered within 24-48 hours.

DEPOSIT Information, please read.
Phuket Sail Tours is now taking deposits online using PayPal. By paying the deposit, you are ensuring your reservation.
Deposits are 1,250 Baht per person (adult or child) Balance will be due in cash, upon boarding the boat.
For example: if you are booking for 2 adults and 2 children (4-12), the deposit would be 5,000 Baht, balance due onboard the boat would be 5,500 Baht.
Click the PayPal logo to open the PayPal website in a new window, make your deposit to PHUKETSAILTOURS@GMAIL.COM when making the deposit, please include your name and date of tour in the comments section of the payment page.
Cancellation Policy
The PayPal refund is instant and you will receive an email from PayPal as soon as we process it. However, there may be a delay of several working days for your own bank to credit your bank account or credit card. Any delay in this regard is an issue with your bank provider, not Phuket Sail Tours. Phuket Sail Tours will not be liable for any currency fluctuations - the amount refunded to your credit card may differ from the price you paid if there is a devaluation in a currency. We accept and refund in Thai Baht only.
